Our Regular Service Includes….

  • Empty skimmer box and pump baskets.
  • Brush waterline and steps.
  • Scoop any excess surface debris.
  • Test water & treat if req. (Salt, Chlorine, pH, Alkalinity, Stabiliser, Phosphate, Calcium).
  • Backwash / clean and rinse sand filter or cartridge.
  • Check operation of equipment & seasonally adjust runtime / chlorinator output.
  • Clean and calibrate probes and feed rates (Chemical Dosing Systems)
  • Check system for leaks and other faults.
  • Perform minor repairs. Inform owner of major faults and solutions.
  • Clean the chlorinator cell as required.
  • Ensure pool gates and property are secure on leaving.

NOTE:

Also included are free call-outs between visits should any issues arise.

Required Chemicals or Salt are only determined once we have completed testing the water quality. As such, chemical costs are additional to the service fee.

As most pools have automatic cleaners, vacuuming is not included in the service. This can be arranged for a small additional cost.

Customer Requirements

  • Minimum 3 visits for regular servicing price.
  • Water levels are maintained & skimmer baskets emptied as needed between services.
  • Access to the pool is organised for the technician’s visit and that pets are inside or secured.
  • Children should be supervised.
