Residential Pool and Spa Servicing

Here at Swimwise we offer Residential Pool and Spa Servicing to over 600 regular customers around the northern suburbs of Perth who trust our experienced technicians to come out and service their pool or spa at intervals that suit you.

Pool Training (Pool Handover)

This is a great idea if this is your first time owning a pool. Our technician will spend 45 minutes to an hour walking you through your pools system, basic care and maintenance, water testing and treatment, etc.

A well-maintained pool uses less chemicals and generally requires fewer repairs. 

Regular Service

This service covers 

  • Empty skimmer box and pump baskets.
  • Brush Waterline and steps
  • Scoop surface leaves and debris floating in pool.
  • Water Testing and Treatment if required – including Salt, Chlorine, Ph, Alkalinity, Stabilizer (sunscreen), Calcium and Phosphates.
  • Cleaning of filters, backwash and rinse.
  • Check and ensure all equipment is in working order & seasonally adjust runtime / Chlorinator output.
  • Check for leaks and other faults.
  • Perform minor repairs. Inform the owner of major faults and solutions.
  • Check and clean salt cell as required.
  • Ensure pool gates and property are secure on leaving.

Additional benefits

Important Note: Regular Service Customers are not charged any call out fees if issues arise with their pools or equipment between visits.

Chemical or salt quantities required vary based on the completed water quality test, so chemical costs are additional to the service if needed.

Our technicians are trained including certification from the Royal Life Saving association for Commercial pools. We do not franchise or sub-contract.

The team are all long-term permanent employees meaning they are paid to do the job correctly not on how many pools they do a day or how much product they sell.

Customer / Resident Requirements

A minimum of 3 services for this regular service price.

Water levels are maintained & skimmer baskets are emptied between visits as needed.

Access to the pool is organised for the technician’s visit. This includes securing dogs if necessary and children are supervised.

Full Service

A full service is everything included with the regular service above plus vacuuming. 

Vacuuming is labour so the cost varies depending on the size and condition of the pool. The price would be agreed upon with your technician.

Service Call Outs and Repairs

Any one off issues, Swimwise can come out and fix them.

  • Leak Detection – Dye and pressure testing service available
  • Summer Pool Start-ups – onsite pool preparation for the swim season.
  • Full servicing and cleaning of all the equipment chemical treatment of the water after the winter rains have thrown your pool out of balance

Pump and Chlorinator Testing, Service and Repairs

Save money and bring the equipment in to the shop or have us come to you and collect it. We can test, service and repair a large range of Pumps and Chlorinators

Chlorinators: To fully test a chlorinator we also need the cell.
