We offer free in-store pool and spa water testing and treatment advice with the details on how to add the necessary chemicals to correct the balance of your water making it sparkle and more importantly, safe to swim in.

TIP: A water sample should be taken within the last hour, from an arm’s length depth and at least 300ml. 

All we need to know to provide a test …

  • Your contact details (Important for repeat testing, which often identifies more serious issues);
  • Your approximate pool size (in Litres or Meters – length, width and average depth);
  • Whether you pool is concrete, vinyl, or fibreglass;
  • Do you add chlorine / acid yourself or does your pool have a chlorinator or other automated system (and what system do you have)?

Water Treatment

Once we have tested your water sample and provided a printout of the chemicals in the water, we will provide a step-by-step process that will get your pool balanced, safe and looking good.

We specialize in green pool treatments, so when you’re ready to bring your pool back to life, please pop in-store and ask about the process. We have a printed, detailed instruction sheet which will get you on track on sorted in next to no time.

And of course, all the chemicals you need you can find in-store, it is a one stop process. Test your water for free regularly to make sure your pool stays in tip top condition.

We will also recommend adjustments to your equipment for better water balance and efficiency.

Many factors can affect a pools chemical balance – pool use, seasons, weather events, nearby vegetation or construction, fertilizers, pool heating and blankets, to name a few. We can provide advice to adapt your system to these sorts of changes.
